Blackkat Paving is a locally owned asphalt paving company based near Richmond, Indiana. We work both sides of the state line — eastern Indiana and western Ohio — paving driveways for homeowners and lots for the churches, schools, apartment communities, warehouses and businesses that keep our towns running. Residential driveways are our specialty.
